When Clayview completed construction on brand new indoor and outdoor facilities, they reached out to On The Top Search to showcase their new facilities as well as bring in new members.
On The Top Search came in and filmed a cinematic video capturing the indoor and outdoor facilities. This video was then run as a Facebook Ad to a hyper-targeted, custom-built audience resulting in over 70 names and numbers of potential clients for Clayview.
Video Production
This video was extremely simple but the results have been extraordinary. The OTTS team showed up to the facilities and captured the space –
showcasing the unique features Clayview has to offer. The final product was well received by the owners and the community within Clayview.
Lead Generation
The video above was run as a lead generation ad on Facebook on behalf of Clayview by the OTTS team. A custom audience was created and this ad brought in over 50 new leads in the first 5 weeks with an average of $6 a lead. Ryan at Clayview was delightedly overwhelmed with the number of names and numbers he had to follow up with!
